I was born in Arizona , raised in Connecticut and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Cornell University in 1967.
While maintaining employment in a variety of fields and capacities, I have continued to produce art as a weekend and evening endeavor. I have studied Scientology for more than 40 years and greatly appreciate its technology intended for spiritual betterment, a greater understanding of oneself and a greater reality on one’s potentials. My work at times seeks to put forward a feeling for the spiritual element in life.
The beauty of people and the aesthetic invested into the body (how else did we ever get enmeshed with bodies) are and have been my primary interests. The work rarely strays from this theme.

Henning passed away on January 5th, 2020 at the age of 74.
